Yes. A parking lot will be built adjacent to the skatepark. The design and development of the parking lot will follow a schedule similar to the skatepark.
Who is on the Technical Advisory Group?
The Technical Advisory Group (TAG) consists of Owen Williams (Skater advocate), Mark Finlay (Cheapskates Manukau), Tim Guy (Boardertown). They will work in collaboration with Manukau City staff, Isthmus staff and construction experts.
When will the park be built?
The park is under construction. Completion date it not known due to the weather. Check back to see ongoing site photos.
